Calvary Chapel Grants Pass
Site Architecture:
Drupal Calvary Chapel Grants Pass came to us with a Drupal project in need of rescue -- three separate websites all with the same theme, but with different functions. A previous developer had left them with broken sites ... images that would not display and a cumbersome process for getting their audio library online. Tweaking Drupal did not resolve the problems, so the first step was to move all three sites to a Drupal friendly hosting environment.
We started by moving the sites hosting from Dreamhost to one of our servers at Media Temple. This immediately resolved many of the issues they were having (a proper hosting environment is crucial to a successful Drupal deployment).
The theme was re-deisgned in our design shop and modified slightly for each of the sites it was deployed on.
Note - Two themes were deployed on each site. One theme accommodates the homepage layout and then a scaled down theme is used in the interior pages of each site.
The Calvary Chapel GP is the main site for the ministry.
River Run Media houses the online bookstore and will eventually be home to the Teachings Archive (which now lives on Calvary Chapel GP).
KCGP.org is the ministry's radio station.
